Ingredients

2 cups plain flour, 4 tbsp oil, water for the pastry
3 boiled potatoes, cubed
1/2 cup green peas
1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp amchur or lemon

Instructions

1Rub oil into the flour, add water and knead into a stiff dough; rest 30 minutes.
