- Booking information: Ticket purchases, order history, attendee names, and booking preferences
- Communications: Messages sent via our contact form, event chat, or direct email to our support team
- Event listings: Event details, images, descriptions, and ticket configurations submitted by organisers

When you visit or use our Platform, we automatically collect:

- Event organisers: When you purchase tickets, the organiser receives your name and email for ticket delivery, event communication, and attendance management
- Payment processor (Stripe): Payment data is transmitted directly to Stripe for secure processing under their privacy policy
- Service providers: We use trusted third-party services for email delivery, SMS notifications, analytics, and cloud hosting. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their functions and are bound by confidentiality obligations
- Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or government authority, we may disclose information to comply with legal processes or protect the rights, property, or safety of our users

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:
- Encryption: All data in transit is secured via SSL/TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
