Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which ticket refunds are available for events booked through Nepalese Events Australia.

1. Event Cancellation by Organiser

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Service fees may be retained to cover payment processing costs.

2. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled:

3. Change of Mind

Change-of-mind refunds are not available. We encourage you to review event details carefully before purchasing. If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person using our ticket transfer feature.

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Purchases

If you are charged multiple times for the same ticket due to a technical error, contact us within 7 days with your order details. We will investigate and refund duplicate charges.

5. Denied Entry

If you are denied entry to an event despite holding a valid ticket (not due to your own conduct), contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the organiser and process a refund if the denial was unjustified.

6. Partial Event Cancellation

If only part of an event is cancelled (e.g., a support act is dropped), refunds are at the organiser's discretion and may not be available for partial changes.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (including guarantees that services will be rendered with due care and skill). Where the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at infonepaleseevents@gmail.com with:

Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

10. Organiser-Specific Policies

Some event organisers may have additional or more generous refund policies. Check the event listing for organiser-specific refund terms. Where an organiser's policy conflicts with this policy, the more consumer-favourable terms apply.
