Rockheads — the Nepali hard-rock outfit whose riffs powered a generation of Kathmandu gigs — are touring Australia this season with shows locked across five cities, two of them co-headlining with The Elements' anniversary run.
Tour dates
• Sydney: Rockheads live in Sydney
• Perth: Rockheads live in Perth
• Brisbane: Rockheads × The Elements, Brisbane
• Adelaide: Rockheads × The Elements, Adelaide
• Darwin: Rockheads live in Darwin
Why this tour matters
Rockheads occupy the heavier end of the Nepali rock canon — the band the rock-faithful cite when pop-rock lineups don't cut it. Pairing them with The Elements' 10th-anniversary dates (tour announcement) gives Brisbane and Adelaide the season's hardest-hitting double bill: two decades of Nepali guitar music on one stage. For the solo-city shows, the draw is the catalogue itself — the songs that built Rockheads' reputation in Kathmandu's underground venues, played for a diaspora crowd that grew up on them.
Tickets are live on each event page — Sydney and Perth historically sell the fastest for Nepali rock bills, and the co-headline shows bundle two fans into one venue. Browse every upcoming show on the Nepali concerts guide or the events calendar.
