Legendary Nepali folk-rock band Nepathya is returning to Dubai for a concert on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at The Agenda in Dubai Media City. The show, titled Nepathya Dubai — Live in Concert 2026, is being organised by Easy Group of Companies with support from Nepali community associations in the UAE.
This will be Nepathya’s fourth visit to Dubai. Previous performances in the city have drawn thousands of attendees, making the UAE one of the band’s most reliable international markets. This year’s concert is expected to draw fans not only from Dubai but also from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Bahrain and Qatar.
The Agenda is a purpose-built entertainment venue in Dubai Media City, near the Internet City Metro Station. Organisers have upgraded sound and staging compared with earlier outdoor or arena-style Nepathya shows in the UAE, and gates open at 4:00 PM with the concert running through the evening until approximately 9:00 PM.
Tickets are being sold online through Nepathya’s official website and local ticket partners, with prices starting around AED 110 for standard entry and rising for VIP and seated sections. Because the venue is licensed and air-conditioned, the show is family-friendly, though under-16s usually need to be accompanied by an adult.
For the UAE’s large Nepali workforce — many of whom are in the Emirates on short contracts or working in hospitality, construction and retail — a Nepathya concert is one of the biggest cultural events of the year. The band’s blend of folk melodies and rock arrangements tends to appeal across generations, and songs such as Resham Firiri, Sa Karnali and Taal Ko Pani are central to the live setlist.
Nepathya’s 2026 international tour has already included stops in Auckland, Toronto, Kuala Lumpur and Seoul, and the Dubai show is the next major Middle East date before the band heads to Sikkim on October 31. More concert details are available on The Agenda’s event page and Nepal Press.
The Dubai date lands in an unusually rich season for the UAE's Nepali community: it falls in the Ghatasthapana–Fulpati window of the Dashain build-up (see our UAE Dashain guide), the same period that also brings the Mukti & Revival tribute concert and a multiplex slate of Nepali films ed in our UAE cinema guide. The band arrives from its September 25 Seoul show — a stop the Kathmandu Post reported drew hundreds of Nepalis during the Chuseok holiday, with Nepali food stalls busy around the venue and fans travelling in from across South Korea. For workers coordinating the evening around shifts, the licensed 4–9 PM format is deliberately shift-friendly; the Nepal–Dubai time difference means the show runs into Kathmandu's late evening for anyone watching along from home.
For the band, the venue choice reflects how far the Gulf circuit has come: an early-2010s Nepathya Gulf show typically meant an open ground or a labour-camp-adjacent venue; The Agenda — licensed, air-conditioned, mid-capacity — is the format that lets a touring act sell tiered tickets to a mixed family-and-worker audience in the UAE's current live-music market. The fourth visit's expected sell-through on that evidence suggests the market has matured with the audience.
