For Event Attendees

Sign up in under a minute using your email and phone number. Your account gives you access to ticket purchasing, event chat, personalised recommendations based on your city, and a unified dashboard for managing all your event activity.

Step 2: Discover Events Near You

Our platform aggregates Nepali events from across Australia. You can browse in several ways:

All Events — Browse every upcoming event with filters for date, category, and price
By City — Dedicated pages for Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, and Darwin
By Category — Concerts, festivals, cultural events, sports, community gatherings, and more
By Festival — Browse events for Dashain, Tihar, Teej, Holi, Chhath Puja, and Nepali New Year
Personalised Recommendations — Your dashboard suggests events based on your city and past attendance

Step 3: Purchase Tickets Securely

Once you find an event you want to attend:

Select your ticket type (General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, etc.)
Enter attendee details — you can buy for yourself or others
Pay securely through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Receive instant email confirmation with QR-code tickets
Access tickets anytime from your My Tickets dashboard

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We never store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy for how we protect your data.

Step 4: Connect with the Community

Before the event, join the event chat to connect with other attendees, ask questions, and share excitement. Our community features are governed by our Code of Conduct to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Step 5: Attend & Enjoy

On the day of the event:

Open your ticket on your phone (or print it)
Show the QR code at the venue entrance for scanning
Enjoy the event!

For Event Organisers

Step 1: Register & Claim or Create Events

Create a free account and either claim an existing event already listed on our platform, or create a new event from scratch. Claiming is instant for verified organisers.

Step 2: Set Up Your Event

Add comprehensive event details to attract attendees:

Event title, description, and high-quality images
Date, time, and venue information
Multiple ticket types with custom pricing and quantities
Category and festival tags for discoverability
Organiser profile with logo and description

Step 3: Sell Tickets & Track Sales

Share your event link on social media, WhatsApp, and community groups. Every sale triggers a notification. Your vendor dashboard provides real-time analytics including:

Tickets sold and revenue earned
Attendee demographics and city breakdowns
Sales velocity and revenue projections
Exportable attendee lists for venue planning

Step 4: Manage Attendees & Check In

On event day, use the built-in check-in tool to scan QR codes with your phone camera, search attendees by name, or use the printed list. Real-time stats show how many guests have arrived.

Step 5: Get Paid

Earnings accumulate in your vendor wallet. After the event concludes and the refund window passes, withdraw your earnings to your Australian bank account.
