Ram Krishna Dhakal has promoted the film through live musical performances at screening events, combining cinema with concert-style programming.
About the film
Malati Mangale is a Nepali-language film built around music, family relationships and emotional drama. Ram Krishna Dhakal, one of Nepal’s best-known playback singers, appears in a lead role. The film has been marketed heavily to overseas Nepali audiences who grew up with Dhakal’s songs.
Tickets and venues
Specific cities, cinemas and ticket links are released by country-level distributors and promoters. Fans should check authorised ticketing pages rather than relying on unofficial social-media posts.
Why this matters
Nepali films with a music-star lead can attract older diaspora audiences who may not attend other Nepali cinema releases. A touring model that combines film screenings with live performances also helps justify international distribution costs.
